Here are some real-world applications of eTouch SamePage:

Projects can be easily created and managed at a single Project workspace. Only project members would have permissions to view the workspace. All project documents can be stored and all project-related communication can be centrally managed and archived within the project workspace.

Project Plan

The main highlights of the project plan are:

The first week would be spent on requirement analysis. The project manager and implementation team would go over all the described requirements in detail to ensure we have understood the requirements and gauge the impact, if any, on the project plan.
About 4 weeks have been estimated for the entire UI design and review. At the end of the 4^th week, the UI should be frozen.
Portal installation would happen in 2 phases the development environment would be ready in the first week while the production environment would be made ready between the 8^th and 10^th week.
All custom development and integration with existing systems will be done in the development environment between the 2^nd and 9^th week.
The 14^th week will be preparation for go-live. All final tests will be performed to ensure system can go-live.
