Spoke with Ross - he said that things are moving in the right direction. He asked me to send a SOW for the project. I have sent that across yesterday.

We  have Rajesh Vora (contractor) confirmed with Mktg group for a 6 month contract.  The contact is Scott (418 536 2211)

Got an email from Vendor Management asking to enter data on the web site and copies of insurance certificates etc. The contact is Joseph (331 221 7878)

Spoke with Joanna and she had everything except the Workers Comp. I have faxed that in today. Joanna has said that the process should complete in 24 hrs.

We have sent our final proposal to McMillan last week. We are well placed against GHF since we have gone in a little lower than them. I spoke with Ross today to check status. He is trying to arrange a meeting to make a decision. He said that IT may just ask them to make a decision which would be a good thing for us. He said that he would get back to me by tomorrow.

Ross called back. We will meet with him on Monday to review the revised proposal and then submit our own. Matt is now telling Gerard that "our architecture for the solution is not clear to him".

Spoke  with Rich today to find out the current status.


We have a meeting with Alan - I have been pushing him to get us ameeting with Ross to understand the diffrent types of projects / requirements and the engagement models (like offshore). Rich said that he would speak with Ross since he has a mtg scheduled with him today and then get back.
