Attachments

eTouch SamePage allows files to be attached to any Page. On the Edit Tab, just below the WYSIWYG Editor, it provides a form as shown below. You can browse any file from your desktop and upload it as an attachment to the Page.

Once added, the list of attachments for the Page is shown both in the View or Edit Tabs along with information on the size, date and last modified user. Attachments are not versioned.

Images

An Image can be inserted anywhere in the text by clicking on the icon from the Editor toolbar. A new window gets opened as shown below. It allows you to choose any image from the list of images already attached to the Page. It also provides the means to first upload an  image from the desktop and then insert it. Image properties like alignment, height, width, alternate text etc can be specified while inserting the image and can be modified later.

Links

Any piece of text inside the Editor can be made into a link by highlighting it and clicking on the icon or simply right clicking to choose the "Make Link" option. It opens a new window as shown below. It allows you to link to any Page within the same Project or another Project or type an external URL. A target can be specified for the new Page or URL to open.

The link can be verified, modified or removed anytime later by right-clicking on it in the Editor.
